Merry Christmas!

We spent Christmas Eve at Nana's decorating her tree then went to Uncle Bill Woody's for dinner. On the ride home we looked for Santa. Kevin and I thought we saw him but Francesca was quick to tell us that "it's just a plane Mama and Daddy, not Santa." She sure told us. Kevin also had to go to Santa's house to get the presents because Francesca didn't want Santa to sneak in her room. Francesca had a great time opening presents this year and would say, "this is what I always wanted!" everytime she opened something. Anna enjoyed watching the activities from her bouncy seat. It was a great first Christmas as a foursome.

Anna is 3 months old!

Anna is 3 months old already! She is "talking" a lot now and really lights up when her big sister walks in the room. We've had a rough few weeks. Francesca had an ear infection for a week and now Anna has a really bad respiratory virus. Very rough for mom and dad. Other than that everyone is great. We spent Anna's first Thanksgiving at Nana's and then at Grandma's. Francesca sang in her Thanksgiving program at school. She did a really good job. We are all looking forward to Christmas although Francesca is afraid of Santa. Daddy has to go to his house to get her presents. Santa is not allowed at our house.

Anna is 2 months old already. She is smiling all of the time now and "talking" up a storm. Francesca went on a field trip to the farm with her preschool and had so much fun. We also went trick-or-treating and Jack came over to show off his Tigger costume.

A New Baby Girl!

Hi everyone. A few of my friends have blogs for their kids so I thought I would try it out. The last 6 weeks have flown by. Anna Corin was born on August 31st at 10:01 pm. She weighed 8lbs 2oz and was 22 inches long. She has lots of dark hair and blue eyes. She started smiling last week and is starting to make sounds other than crying. Francesca turned 3 on September 10th. She had a Shrek birthday party and dressed like Fiona. She also started pre-school. The first few days were rough but she likes it now. She loves to make crafts. She loves her new baby sister and is a great helper though she can get a little rough at times.
